The Devil is Logic
That is how the devil has been operating in human kind: Logic.
Notice that it does make sense to everyone: they pick a sentence everyone repeats all the time, so that everyone has already been brainwashed to accept and like it. They then swap the meaning of it to even the extreme opposite to what it originally was. The result is that, since the brainwashing has already been made, and we all accept the sentence, the meaning is now 'corrected' or 'perfected' in our minds, so that we are improving as we become terrorists or simply evil/marginals...this strategy is therefore not only based on rhetoric but highly based on Logic and psychology.
To make it all worse, I found this material among slides that are supposed to 'deradicalise' people, so to change them from terrorists to non-terrorists, and that is when this sort of weapon would be most effective: people would associate that shift to the opposite to all that is happening...
The devil likes universals and, through those, he makes us sin quite easily. The devil usually builds arguments out of those universals and uses those to brainwash us. If he wishes for a man to betray his wife for the first time, he could appear as a work fellow and converse with the selected target like this: -If we have an erection, it is painful having to get rid of it without having sex, agree? (the man agrees) -Even if your wife were connected to you through head bug and she felt you were having one and came running each time to have sex with you, there would be a day on which she would be unable to do that, say she had to visit her mother, who lives overseas, a far-away Country, some 8 hours by plane from where you live, isn't it? (yes, the target would say) -There is always at least one woman close to you who would like to have sex with you everywhere you go, isn't it? (yes, the target would say or perhaps he would fix that to frequently or sometimes).
If the target were a woman, he could send the same work fellow and go through another argument:-All men betray sooner or later, isn't it? (yes, she would say, if she is from Rio)-You are not always going to know when they did, are you? (yes, she would agree)-Love is a game: you may lose or win (yes, she would agree)-Lots of men want to have sex with you everywhere you go, isn't it? (yes, she would say)-It is up to you if you want to be a winner or a loser...
Any real-life implication can be proven through universals, so that the same thing can be proven to be true and can also be proven to be false using those. We have a lot of wrong results in Science because of that. Universals are more easily noticed in paradoxes, such as The Liar, specially in its original shape, The Sorites and The Barber. That is where one can learn the lesson: Universals cannot be used in real life. Real life is for heart, spirit and God: That is also our natural weapon against the devil.
I will show you how you can build arguments using universals to prove the contrary to what others are telling you is the truth. Let's build one for the first situation we here presented, so that of the God's man who is being tempted by the devil for the first time. Here: -There is no better orgasm than that gotten through intimate contact with your God's chosen partner, it is all sublime, agree? (yes, the man agrees)-There is no meaningful reward that is attained without sacrifice of some type, isn't it? (yes, the man agrees)-It is painful to have to give up on an erection but women go through 9 months of physical, mental, spiritual and social sacrifices in the name of love for us, so that having to cope with the pain of an erection that goes away without sex is nothing, right? (yes, the man agrees).
They say the devil is in the detail but I say that is where God is instead: the detail here is that all universals are wrong by default. The Bible has got a few. Take 'do not kill'. If we interpret that literally, as we should do with universals in logical arguments, we cannot kill anything or anyone. Yet, we kill plants and insects all the time. The devil would certainly not miss this opportunity: then the Bible is not a holy book, God doesn't make any sense. We then explain: It is even possible the Bible is a code and the original word for God is Elohim and the intended world reference for it is spaceship and the reason as to why the own Bible says you must read it in full yourself, not be taught by anyone else about it, is because that code creates a channel through which your soul/mind then receives communication from the Annunaki, who would then be our creators or lords. In any hypothesis, the message I received when studying the Bible on my own (took me one year, I made notes to the margins and all else) is that nobody should teach you its teachings and you should read/study it in full (we then understand studying means reflecting deeply about its writings), starting from its beginning and following its order, and by yourself, also that, if you read it, by it you will be punished. In this case, those words don't have the meaning we, humans, give to them and it is only the emanations of their sound or shape that create the channel with the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob or with the Annunaki.
The Bible never stopped being built: we stopped adding books to it instead. Each new book represents the end of the previous book in all that means conflict. Each message received by a prophet applies therefore in full only to those people and time it was originally destined to. The reason as to why it was understood and followed back then, so say 'do not kill', is because the heads of those listening to it had been synchronized to the words of the message before the message was given through culture, prophet's teachings and others. 'Do not kill' was updated with 'kill bulls for your God' (Leviticus 4:3-4), so that the commandment was changed into 'Do not kill unless your God tells you so' at most by the time of Leviticus. We would need to have people writing a summary of all God's teachings that far, fixing the summary to make it conform with the new teachings, and finally adding the new books to the summary, so that we always refer to the TRUE message of God, which, like all of us, changes with time.
